Directions to the Bennington Recreation Center
(Bennington Recreation Center - Softball/Tennis & Swim Meets)
From Route 7S - by way of Rutland:
- Follow Route 7 South all the way to Bennington.
- When you get to the bottom of the hill - Route 7 splits into four lanes. Get in the left hand lane and turn left at the light onto Kocher Drive.
- Follow to the next light. Take a right onto Park Street Ext.
- Go past high school and through the light.
- Take left onto Gage St. (second left) and follow two blocks.
- Rec Center is on the right after intersection of Gage & Safford St.
From Route 7N - by way of Massachusetts:
- Follow Route 7 North all the way to Bennington.
- When you get to the light at the Four Corners intersection of Routes 7/9 - go straight through the light.
- Take a right on Gage Street (shopping center on left). Go four blocks
- Rec Center is on right after intersection of Gage & Safford St.
From Route 9 - by way of Brattleboro:
- Take Route 9W into Bennington.
- Take right at first stop light onto Branch Street.
- Turn left onto Gage Street (second street).
- Entrance to Rec Center is immediately on the left.
From Route 9 - by way of New York:
- Take NY 7 East to VT 9E into Bennington.
- Take left at first stop light (BenMont Ave.)
- Take a right onto County Street (second right)
- Follow through two sets of lights (go past high school on left).
- Take a right onto Safford Street. Take left at Gage St.
- Rec Center entrance is on the left.
